Rockstar games gta 6 animations appear to be included in a demo reel displaying the work of a video game character animator.

As spotted by Reddit user throwaway-sadkid8012, the movie, which looks to be from animator Benjamin Chue, was posted on Vimeo and highlights some of Chue’s work, largely from Rockstar games.

Work-in-progress scenes from Red Dead Redemption 2, Max Payne 3, and Grand Theft Auto 5 are included in the two-minute montage; however, the first two scenes were identified as being from the future Grand Theft Auto 6.

The film has since been pulled offline, but not before individuals were able to download it and re-upload it, distributing it online.

A male character is seen removing a rental bike from a stand, turning it around, and getting on it in the first clip. A second animation shows them putting the bike back on the stand and getting off.

This looks to suggest the player will be able to rent bikes in the game, with some Reddit users reporting that rental bike stalls can be visible at one point in the game’s current video.

In addition to being a parody of the actual LimeBike rental bikes, the bike in Chue’s clip has the word “LomBike” on the frame, implying that the in-game bikes are financed by the financial firm Lombank, which was previously featured in Grand Theft Auto 4 and 5 (much like the Santander-sponsored rental bikes in London).

The second clip shows two animations of a female woman — possibly heroine Lucia – getting from a pickup truck. She is seen sitting in the back of the truck and swinging around to jump from it in the first animation, but in the second, she is standing on the roof before jumping onto the back and then onto the road.

Even if these animations are kept in the game, it’s not a guarantee that players will see them. The animation for jumping off the truck, which some players could find too lengthy if they’re in a shootout, might only appear in one scene because some of the other clips in Chue’s demo reel have cutscenes.

Before Rockstar said that the game has been rescheduled for May 26, 2026, Grand Theft Auto 6 was scheduled to launch in Fall 2025. Rockstar subsequently said last month that the game has been delayed again, this time to November 19, 2026.

In a statement, Rockstar said, “We are sorry for adding more time to what we realise has been a long wait, but these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.”
